Working Committees

"Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success." -Henry Ford

Service Projects

We identify community needs and then plan, implement, and evaluate projects made possible through fund-raising and collaborations. Our four avenues of service are vocational, community, international, and youth services. The Rotary's Peace Pyramid guides our efforts.

Global Grant Committee and TRF Giving

We work to get global grant funding for our projects by overseeing the process, and by working with the Service Project Committee and International Service Chair, who assure successful project implementations and maintain international funding partners, respectively.

TRF Giving provides opportunities for members to contribute to the Rotary Foundation and present global grants.

Membership

We assess our membership profile and actively attract and engage members. We evaluate proposals for recruits and process their membership. Retention through training and engagement is a top priority. We hope members develop into true Rotarians and find long-term value in their Rotary club.

Club Training

Knowing Rotary Fundamentals is key to the club's success. We assure that new club members are on-boarded properly and members stay informed. We strive to be true Rotarians in actions and deed.

Public Image

We create and implement the plan to tell Rotary’s story to the public. We promote the club’s projects and activities. We ensure club communications follow Rotary’s guidelines for voice, visual, and brand identity.

Club Administration

Club meetings shape members' Rotary experience. We develop meeting agendas, find engaging speakers, and document meetings - assuring meeting success. We plan ways for members to socialize. We preside over the Secretariat and ensure our legal papers are in order.
